Today, I’m bringing you six sentences from RICOCHET which will release from Samhain Publishing on February 28th. This is an action packed sci-fi romance with two very strong-willed people.

Set-up: Willa and Stratton have just been paired up for their place on a space race course.

She narrowed her eyes. I detest attractive, arrogant men.

“I’m Willa Rayes, and I’ll be your pilot during the Nebulon Trike.”

“Now, see, here’s where we’ll have a problem.” Stratton grasped her hand, holding on to it much longer than necessary. “You are my navigator, and I always get what I want.”

She detests the idea of arrogant, attractive men, but one solitary arrogant, attractive man might be able to leave a lasting impression and I’m sure it’s this guy. This race is going to be very interesting!
