Leah Guinn’s Bio
Leah Guinn has been writing since she was 11 and her mother bought her a magenta steno pad from the drugstore. She’s progressed from “Little House on the Prairie” knock-offs to Christian chick-lit and romantic suspense. At 41, she realized that it was now or never, and is now readying her WIP for the submission process–at least, when her kids let her. Leah is married, a SAHM with three small children, and writes from a small city in western Indiana.
Robyn Seitz’s Bio
I am a 35-yr-old, married mother of two, born and raised in a small Canadian town. I have been a storyteller from the start and my extraordinary imagination was apparent early in my schoolwork. My teachers often told me that the ideas I came up with were incredible, remarkable for someone my age and they tried in vain to nurture it and push me down the path of journalism and writing. Unfortunately, getting me to sit still long enough as a child to read a book was a chore, never mind actually enticing me to spend the time to put my thoughts on paper effectively. Recently, my imagination has overwhelmed me with ideas and the desire to put them in writing has overtaken a number of life-long personal loves. I’m excited to be writing and I hope that soon, my work will be in print for the world to enjoy!!
Shawn Dalton-Smith’s Bio
A dreamer. That’s how I would describe myself. Come to think of it, that’s how most people would describe me. It’s one of the reasons I fell in love with paranormal romances. Anything is possible in a paranormal.
I live in Atlanta, Georgia with the man of my dreams. We met in Korea while serving in the armed forces together and after a two month courtship, got married. Our relationship made me a believer in whirlwind romances. We’ve been together 22 years. Two of our three children are grown and starting families of their own. My youngest, a 17 year old son, doesn’t need mom around as much as he used to, so that beautiful man of mine suggested I use my free time to pursue my dream of becoming a writer. Gotta love a supportive spouse. UPDATE: Shawn has made her first sale in July 2011!!!
So I have two lives. By day, I’m a dermatology nurse. But after five o’clock, watch out world. I’m trying to unleash characters that are out to thrill.
